An eight-unit multi-family development on a corner parcel in Albert Park/Radisson Heights, combining contemporary architecture with coordinated structural, MEP, fire protection and site servicing works.
An 8-unit multi-family residential development on an approximately 6,500 sq ft corner parcel in Calgary's Albert Park/Radisson Heights community. The approximately 8,574 sq ft development is being delivered by Symphony Development Partners through coordinated construction management from demolition and excavation through structural, mechanical and exterior works.
Interior finishes follow a contemporary and durable residential palette, combining clean architectural detailing with practical materials for modern multi-family living.
The project combines structural framing, MEP services, fire protection, DSSP and stormwater infrastructure with a contemporary stucco and masonry exterior. SDP coordinates consultants, trades and municipal requirements to maintain construction quality, sequencing and efficient project delivery.
