A custom Montgomery luxury residence pairing high-end craftsmanship with barrier-free circulation throughout the main floor.
A 4,500-square-foot luxury custom home designed around refined living, wellness and accessibility. The residence features a dedicated gym, private steam room, custom green and gold tilework, and premium gold plumbing fixtures.
A defining feature is the fully accessible main floor, with seamless circulation through the living spaces, accessible washroom, breezeway and garage. The design combines luxury finishes, thoughtful accessibility and highly customized craftsmanship into a cohesive residential environment.
A key challenge was achieving completely flush, accessible floor transitions while maintaining the precise slopes required for drainage beneath the home's custom tilework. SDP's in-house plumbing, HVAC and construction teams resolved the floor elevations and drainage requirements during installation, delivering the accessible areas cleanly without compromising the luxury finishes, functionality or overall design.
