A completed eight-dwelling multiplex on Bowness Road NW, designed to maximize residential capacity without compromising independent living.
An eight-dwelling multiplex comprising four four-bedroom primary homes and four one-bedroom secondary suites, thoughtfully designed to maximize residential capacity while preserving comfortable, independent living spaces. The project demanded seamless integration of structural, mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems across the development.
A key challenge was integrating revised heating and ventilation requirements across all four secondary suites. SDP's in-house team seamlessly coordinated the mechanical revisions with framing, drywall and finishing, delivering the required changes with precision while maintaining City compliance, quality and schedule control.
