Consultation
We listen first — how you'll use the space, what matters most, and what the realistic budget and timeline are. If the fit isn't right, we say so early.

Design & Planning
Architects, engineers and designers are engaged and coordinated. Drawings are reviewed for constructability before they're finalized, so field surprises stay rare.

Preconstruction
Itemized pricing, real supplier allowances, permit management and a published milestone schedule. Nothing breaks ground until the numbers and the calendar are agreed.

Construction
A dedicated project manager and daily site supervision. Trades work to one sequence, quality is verified in place, and progress, costs and changes are reported on a fixed rhythm.

Handover
Commissioning, a walkthrough, a documented deficiency list closed on a committed date, and a complete records package covering warranties, manuals and as-builts.

Long-term Care
Warranty response, maintenance, and — for owners who hold the asset — full property management under the same organization that built it.

You always know where the project stands.
Every Symphony project is managed using modern digital project management and property management systems, giving our clients better visibility, documentation, communication and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
In practice, that means schedules and milestones are current rather than remembered, selections and approvals are recorded, site progress is photographed, and cost-to-complete reporting arrives without you having to ask for it.
What you receive
Documentation that outlives the build.
At handover, every client receives a complete records package: as-built drawings, warranty documentation, equipment manuals, finish and material schedules, maintenance guidance and the full change record from the project.
