An eight-unit multifamily development delivered as a complete construction program, from demolition and foundations through structure, building systems, interiors and exterior completion.
An 8-unit residential development comprising a four-plex with three-bedroom primary residences and four two-bedroom secondary suites, delivered by Symphony Development Partners as General Contractor in Calgary's established Kingsland neighbourhood.
SDP is delivering the development from demolition through completion, overseeing the full construction process including excavation, foundations, structural framing, roofing, building systems, interiors and exterior works.
The building combines engineered wood framing, concrete foundations and contemporary exterior cladding with integrated HVAC, plumbing, gas, electrical and fire-separation systems.
Interiors are designed around a clean, contemporary residential palette, featuring painted drywall, LVP flooring, custom kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, tile, modern fixtures, doors and architectural detailing.

Outcome
An 8-unit residential development completed through SDP's full construction delivery model, bringing together structural construction, building systems, contemporary interiors and exterior works within an established Kingsland neighbourhood. The project demonstrates SDP's ability to deliver complex infill housing from the ground up, maintaining control of construction quality, sequencing and execution from initial site works through final completion.
