A full exterior concrete package — driveway, walkways, patio and garage pad — for an acreage property west of Calgary.
The existing driveway had heaved through several freeze-thaw cycles. Rather than patch it, we removed it entirely and rebuilt the base to a depth appropriate for Alberta winters.
Grading was reworked to move water away from the garage and foundation, and control joints were laid out to follow the geometry of the house instead of cutting across sightlines.

- Removal and disposal of failed flatwork
- Regrading and compacted granular base
- Reinforced driveway and garage apron
- Walkways, steps and rear patio
- Broom and exposed-aggregate finishes
- Site restoration and landscaping repair
Outcome
Poured across two staged days to hold curing conditions, with drainage corrected and no settlement after a full winter cycle.
