The clients came to us with a completed architectural concept and a firm move-in date tied to a school year. Our role was to hold both the design intent and the calendar.

We ran an early consultant coordination phase to resolve structure, mechanical routing and millwork interfaces before framing began, which removed the field improvisation that usually erodes finish quality on homes at this scale.
