Four purpose-built rental units on a single inner-city lot, designed for durability and low operating cost.
A repeat development client asked for a fourplex that would lease quickly and cost little to maintain over a fifteen-year hold.
Unit layouts were standardized to reduce trade time, and materials were selected for turnover durability rather than showroom appeal — a decision that has held up across the first tenancy cycle.
